Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that all bookings are subject to a $50 non-refundable security deposit. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. Failure to comply will result in a session cancellation. Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed below. *CashApp - $LanceThePhotographer *PayPal - PayPal.Me/lancethephotographer *Venmo - LanceThePhotographer Should you need to reschedule your session, please contact us via email no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date. Each client is entitled to one rescheduled date. Cancellations that occur in less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date will automatically forfeit the right to reschedule at a later date. As such the customer will be required to re-book their intended session in addition to paying another $50 non-refundable security deposit. In the event of weather cancellations and other unforeseen events, an email will be sent out to inform you that your session needs to be canceled. Lance The photographer reserves the right to determine if the session needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseeable events. Should a session be canceled due to inclement weather, an email with a list of potential dates that are available to reschedule your session will be sent out to the client.
